Turnaround & scheduling

What is your standard turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after pickup. We confirm the expected return date during scheduling and send status updates as your order moves through the process.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes—rush service is available on limited days and depends on volume. If available, it’s a +$10 add-on. We’ll confirm before processing.
Can I do contactless pickup and delivery?
Absolutely. Leave your bag at your door or front desk, and add drop-off instructions when scheduling. You’ll receive a pickup confirmation and delivery notification.

Care & preferences

Do you separate lights and darks?
Yes. We separate lights/darks and towels/apparel by default to reduce lint transfer and color bleed.
Can you use scent-free detergent?
Yes. Scent-free detergent is available as a +$5 add-on per order. You can select it when scheduling.
What about hang-dry delicates?
We can air-dry delicate items for a +$8 add-on per order. Place delicates in a separate bag and include a note like “hang dry only.”

Email & notifications (important for SMTP approval)

What emails will I receive when I place an order?
Transactional emails may include: order confirmation, pickup reminder, status updates (processing/ready), delivery notification, invoice, and receipt. These messages are directly related to the service you requested.
Do you send promotional emails?
Only to customers who explicitly opt in. Promotional emails are occasional (typically 1–2 per month at most) and always include an unsubscribe link.
How do I unsubscribe or change preferences?
Promotional emails include a one-click unsubscribe option. You can also email support@dcsneclaundry.com to update preferences. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
Do you buy or share email lists?
No. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or share email lists. Email is collected directly from customers during scheduling and account updates.

Pricing & payment

How do you charge for Wash & Fold?
Wash & Fold is priced by the pound. Our standard rate is $2.25/lb with a 10 lb minimum. Add-ons are optional and shown on your receipt.
Do you provide receipts?
Yes. We provide a digital receipt that includes weight, add-ons, service date, and a summary of preferences.
